When making your booking, you can choose your preferred kayak tour in Paraty. All options start at Praia do Pontal and include the necessary equipment for the activity and an English-speaking guide. Before you start paddling, you'll receive a brief explanation of the technique and safety rules so that you can enjoy the experience to the fullest.

Pomba Island Tour (2 Hours)
We'll start paddling towards the nearby Jabaquara beach, a quiet spot surrounded by tropical vegetation. From there, we'll begin our kayak trip through the last remaining mangrove forest in the urban centre of Paraty. Navigating through its channels will allow you to admire this ecosystem, which is home to a wide variety of fauna and flora. Keep your eyes peeled! With a little luck, we may spot exotic birds, crabs and, if nature allows, even a family of capybaras.
Our tour will continue to Pombas Island, a small natural paradise in the middle of Paraty Bay. The island is covered with bromeliads, cacti, and lush vegetation that serves as a refuge for different marine species and birds such as grebes. This natural sanctuary will captivate you!
Finally, as the afternoon light fades, we'll begin our return journey, paddling back towards Praia do Pontal.

Paraty Islands Tour (2.5 Hours)
In this option, we'll paddle around some of the 65 islands of Paraty Bay. As we paddle, you can enjoy the surrounding nature and, of course, have fun doing sport! During the route, you'll be amazed by the landscape of Bexiga Island, the impressive rock formations of Duas Irmãs and the peaceful bird sanctuary on Pigeon Island.
You can take advantage of the tour to take incredible photos of these islands full of life and colour. We'll also make a stop so you can take a dip in the green waters of the area. 2.5 hours later, we'll return to the meeting point. See you soon!

Mangrove Tour (3 Hours)
If you prefer a more adventurous route, you can't miss the Paraty mangrove tour by kayak. After a brief safety talk, we'll start paddling through one of the most interesting landscapes in the area.
The kayak trip will take us to the mangroves of Jabaquara. Then, shortly after, we'll visit the mangroves of Ilha do Itú and Várzea do Corumbê. On the way, we'll pass by remote beaches, islands, and some of Paraty's most important natural reserves. You'll fall in love!
Finally, after 3 hours of exploring, we'll return to the meeting point.
